Sort of.
When I was 10 (3,5 year before my first period) a 16 year old neighbor guy asked me if I want to see "what adults do in bed". I got curious (I heard my parents doing "it" almost every night behind a wall) so I agreed and followed him to some bushes. I don't remember what exactly happened (he was probably just touching me) but I remember our talk right after the experience. I told him I didn't like it and he said I am apparently too young for this but I will love it when I grow up.
I also remember I had a stomachache for a few days afterwards.
But I don't consider it an abuse because I agreed to it and I could say no at any time. I was not forced and I was a kid educated enough to have an idea what he is about to do so I was not mislead either. I even remember saying "But I have one condition - you won't lay on top of me". And he didn't, as far as I can remember.
It's not rape per se but it is definitely sexual abuse.
This person took advantage of you because of your young age which is sexual abuse. He may have suffered from pedophilia as well.
