I am having some BIG problems with college.

I cannot read books, that is, I have a learning disability that prevents me from remembering anything I read in a textbook. This limits my test taking and essay writing abilities because you need to draw information from the textbook in order to find the answer (I take my classes online) my only resource to avoid getting an F is to use Google. This is allowed because again the test are online. The tutoring center at my school does nothing and I can't afford a private tutor. I need to pass my classes to get my associates degree in two semesters.

Also, when it comes time to write the paper, I lose track of what I'm supposed to write, so its like I have writers block. I am so lucky one of my professors will automatically award an A for just doing an assignment.

Accommodations dont help or professors wont use them.

What am I supposed to do to get around this? Also, if I take an in person course for any reason, I'm screwed.

You just need to organize yourself. Try to put the reminders about what you need to do. Start from small things and then increase the time of studying. You'll see that the results are impressive. You can google for some special tips for different study activities. To be honest, I am not an excellent student too. I like reading books, but I hate writing any kinds of assignments. The thing is I have no time to use my creativity :D You see, each time I need to write an assignment I contact specialists to help me. ................ is a way out for such students as I am.

Sounds like you have a problem with your working memory, or just aren't really paying the needed attention to what you're reading.

Does it help to work with the info in different ways, i.e. outlines, talking about it, reading out loud, listening to the info being read to you, drawing about it, ETC?
