I really debated whether I should post this, but thought some enlightenment may help as this feeling is new to me.

Lately I have been near constantly aroused, the ache is so distracting and orgasm only stops the feeling for a short term. I wonder if I'm missing the intimacy rather than the desire?

Anyone else experienced this?

It could be your hormones going through a shift towards the "change". I'm saying towards, not that you could be experiencing it fully. A lot of subtle changes start happening in peri-menopause we don't necessarily notice

Thanks cherry2000, I never thought of this, if it is, I hope it doesn't last forever as it's driving me insane.

I crave food too. The food I can have. I do experience food cravings. It's normal. You're not the only one. For me, it's portion control that's the hardest. And I feel like I have to have lots of sugar in my coffee in order to wake me up. Otherwise I get cranky and irritable.
