I first heard this song ["swing down sweet chariot"] in an elvis movie, "the trouble with girls"-

I just can't help but break out in a funny shaking dance when I hear it!

for me at least, it is like a sit-down form of dancing, and when I'm standing up, it is a stationary form of dancing.
