I haven't brought anything cause I have plenty of games I haven't played yet and I have most of everything thats good. Plus I am saving money right now.

Games I was thinking about buying though

Fallout 1 & 2 - These look semi interesting, like Fallout meets Diablo. I have never played them.
Metro Redux - Only problem is, I don't know whats different about the redux version of this game.
Hitman Contracts - Only Hitman game I don't have, never played it.
The Escapists - Indie game I have been eyeballing.

I'm looking at Arx Fatalis and Daikatana, though I would much prefer to have each game DRM-free.

It sounds like you can use the fan patch to make Arx DRM-free, though?

Daikatana, I probably already have a downloaded copy lying around somewhere... ¬_¬

Sort of, but Diablo is real-time and Fallout is turn-based (when you enter combat, at least). You have a set amount of action points you can spend per turn, it feels a lot like X-COM.

Dear God why?

That game is the worse thing that John Romero ever gave birth to, kill it with giant mutant ninja spiders from hell.

Pretty much nothing. Aint anything good to buy that I've seen.

Mostly it keeps trying to sell me "big" games from major publishers (things on the level of Fallout 4 or Assassin's creed, feh) which, well...

Image

and it seems to repeat the same games over and over and over and over again in the list as I scroll down. Sometimes 2 or 3 times on the same screen. What idiot programmed this?

And there just havent been any interesting releases in... at least a couple of months. None coming up either. I've not bought much recently and seem to have actually entirely run out of things to buy. Steam is boring right now.

Also the sale makes the store interface all sorts of annoying.

I liked the demo a lot, but I never got to the infamous "bad NPC AI" parts. The fan patch is supposed to fix a lot of that, though.

...and if you think that's the worst thing that's ever come from Romero, you haven't played the N64 version of Daikatana >_< Now THAT is a bad game.

A couple of Lego Games, Plug n Play (What is this?! I don't even...!), and DLC Quest.

I have not played the N64 version, I was kid when I had the N64 and my parents would not have allowed such. I don't even know what happened to my N64 now that I think about it, only games I really remember playing on it was Zelda Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. I remember selling my SNES which wasn't a bad idea since it was heavily abused in my childhood but I have no clue what happened to my N64.

I might explore Daikatana with patches and mods in the future but vanilla Daikatana sucks.

Metro Redux
Assassins Creed IV
Wolfenstein: The New Order

I'm thinking about picking up the wolf among us.

Can you tell me the difference between the vanilla Metro and Metro Redux if you know?

It's kind of like what they did to the N64 version of Quake, only much worse. Really blurry textures, levels chopped down to be smaller and more simplistic, lots of extra bugs, lame multiplayer, etc. etc. At least we only paid a dollar or two for it.

Is "too much" a good answer since I said on the first day of it I couldn't see any good deals?

On a slightly more serious note:
Bloodrayne: Betrayal - occasionally fancy a bit of side scrolling fighting and it was reduced to about £1 if I remember correctly.
Breath of Death VII & Cthulhu saves the world - The latter had always vaguely interested me by the name and it was the same price for the pair as to just buy one.
Sunless Sea - I heard it described as like Faster than Light but with more story and I quite enjoyed FTL, also watched a youtuber play it and it seemed good fun.
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron - I seem to be going through a bit of regression to when I watched the cartoons in the late 80s / early 90s.
