Dudes, just be glad you're not a bird of paradise! Those guys really have to bring it!

What beautiful birds, is it wrong for me to want to have one as a pet?

It's quite possible that peacocks are not domesticated enough to have as pets. Especially in mating season, they are not exactly docile creatures.

Nah, peacocks are easy to keep, you just let them free roam, they keep coming back as long as you feed them.

Isn't it strange that I stick out like a sore thumb hiding behind my hair wearing all gray on a black laptop? Anybody got a clue how that works?

That is a very pretty keyboard. Shame that light show is being wasted on a nasty, vicious, evil little laptop, but it's definitely pretty.

Yeah everything aside from the UX on Alienwares is hideous to me too.

On a related note, one of my favorite ways of connecting with anybody (preferably girls) is talking design & art. Granted I know it way better from the architecture/structural side of things but I perceive an obligation to make everything I can in the world more approachable, particularly since I'm usually not...

There IS an alternative for us aspie guys.

We could do like the Australian Satin Bowerbird: their bodies only have drab plummage, but they make up for it by building elaborate nests made out of collected objects that happened to be blue in color!

not in the minds of other speckled wrens or whatever the picture is of.
i do not aim to impress them.
if they do not listen to my song i will not scrutinize their plumage.

i am glad i am not one. if all they can do is blow out their chests to capture feeble minded visual thinkers, then i can watch it from afar.
