Hi! My name's LJ, and I was diagnosed with ASD a few months ago. I'm still figuring out what it means-- both what it means as a textbook definition and what it means for me.

I also have dysthymia, a constant low-level depression that has lasted about 10 years.

I could ramble about my symptoms and interests and job and all that, but I really don't even know where to start. I hope to learn a lot here!

I came here to learn more about Aspergers and I have learned a lot and received a lot of support.

I hope we can help and encourage you.

I have been struggling a lot with depression the last few years. I also struggle with a low self esteem. I hope that is not the case with you. It just seems like some times life's difficulties snowball out of control and it is easy to blame myself when that happens.
