I think my favorites are Super Metroid (Metroid 3) and the original Metroid.

I liked Metroid Prime a lot too, although I *HATED* the final boss battle, as it was WAY harder than the rest of the game, it took me hours to finally beat it, and kind of soured me on the whole game. The graphics were really choppy during the final battle too.

My least favorite by far is Metroid Prime: Hunters on the DS, which I don't think is even a real Metroid game. It's just a generic deathmatch first person shooter with poor controls. (No offense to anyone who likes it, but I just don't think it's the same style of game at all, and I don't like death match games.)

I guess my favorite character would have to be Samus.

I haven't gotten to play Metroid Prime 2 yet. I sold my Gamecube a year or two ago because supposedly the Wii was coming out last spring, so I thought I'd sell my 'Cube ahead of time to get more money for it...only here I am a year later and I *STILL* can't find a Wii to buy, so still can't play the last few Gamecube games I picked up!

Hunters is a disgrace to the series. I hate it so much, yet I want to pass it.

I got stuck on I think the first level or planet or whatever! I don't think I could get past the first boss. Kept dying, and realized I wasn't having much fun, so I sent it back (since it was just a rental).

I'd be less annoyed with it if they didn't use the Metroid name. I still wouldn't like it, but...it just bugs me that they've slapped the Metroid name on a game that dosen't play like Metroid. Like with Metroid Prime I really thought they did a good job adapting the Metroid gameplay to 3D, so I didn't mind. But with Hunters I'd rather they just completely drop the name...just call it "Hunters" or something else entirely.

Yeah, it was really great (except the last boss that was SO HARD!). I REALLY doubted it would be any good before it came out, because I usually hate it when they make a 2D game 3D. But it really was a great game. Amazing graphics, and it really did play like a Metroid game, not first person shooter.

I have to admit I'm curious about Metroid Prime 3. I thought the videos showing someone sort of ripping a door off a hatch using the Wii's remote looked interesting.

I actually liked hunters, gorea is somewhat tough one to beat.
I think my favourite has to be zero mission though.
Favourite character those bird things you see in the pictures with samus,
Favourite Creature, the bats...
Favourite Boss, hmmm... I guess I would have to say mecha ridley,
Favourite Hunter, a toss up between trace and kanden
