In that case no one is going to hire me. Except other oddballs.
What I hate is that an honest self-assessment is seen as bragging or b.s. I am really smart. I am capable of doing almost anything I want to do, because I'm motivated to do well. I am a really hard worker ( I don't even need breaks). But if I actually tell anyone that, it's bad, even though it's true.
I'm even willing to tell the interviewer all of my bad points, too, but I know that isn't going to go over well, either.
So I have to lie, smile a lot, make up a bunch of b.s., talk about my good points (but not too much), leave out any bad qualities, and tell the interviewer whatever they want to hear.
Completely useless for actually finding a qualified employee. If it were me, I'd rather hire the honest person over the fake-smiling b.s.-er any day.
