hello i have autism im 24 i also have adhd, ocd, low iq, speech issues , im learning disabled , i love disny, movies, music, video games, i cant swim, yelling scares me, i dont like dentists i love frozen and minions i like starwars im looking for others too talk too with autism or someone who understands autism

Thought not everyone here has your mix of challenges most of us our on the autism spectrum. So I am sure you can find folks to talk to about autism.

Hi, I responded to you on another thread, not having seen this one yet.

I am also a fan of Star Wars and have the full movie collection. I have many other movies as well.

You should find many folk here who understand autism, as that's what this site is for and by far the most of us are somewhere on the spectrum, so we have issues which make us "click" especially since most of us can't relate well to the majority of NTs out there.

Browse the various forums to find the topics you would like to read about and respond to and you'll find folk with similar challenges and interests.

Hi, mikie1091!

I am autistic and have OCPD, too. I love the original Star Wars "A New Hope" movie. I love all the Star Wars stories, but I can't say that I like the movies except for the New Hope episode. I even spoke for about an hour on a drive to the airport with "The Empire Strikes Back" director Irvin Kershner about the movie, and he said, honestly, that he didn't like it too much, but it ended up being fun to watch. I feel the same way.

I actually don't know if I'm autistic, but I have been diagnosed with ADHD. I also see we are the same age. I hope the forums help you out. :D

Welcome to WP Mikie :) I'm autistic too, as are many others here, and I'm happy to talk about ASDs as long as you like! I also love Frozen, it's one of my favourite Disney movies (right after The Good Dinosaur). I look forward to seeing you around!

I repeat things alot and have some trouble talking...having delays with autism. I also have a mood disorder, seizures, ADHD. Autism is something I understand.

I enjoy anime, computer games, learning about developmental disabilities and I am afraid of high-pitched sounds and banging my head.
