I got yelled at for talking to myself again! It's stupid, I'm not allowed to talk!! I have a problem with talking loudly, and it annoys people yet I don't stop doing it. I can't help it if I have a loud voice! But I still get yelled at! What can I do?!
Talking to yourself is perfectly fine (except when you're in a place where it needs to be quiet, like a library). I talk to myself fairly often too, and I'm about three times your age. I need to do that on occasion to organize my thoughts, and reduce the chaos in my head. Sometimes (very rarely) people ask me why I talk to myself, and then I just joke about it and say "of course I'm talking to myself, otherwise nobody would understand what I'm saying!

" Nobody's getting hurt when you do something that's considered "weird", so there's no reason for you or your parents to worry a lot about that.
Talking very loudly is a little bit of a different story. Most people (we Aspies too,
especially us) really don't like very loud sounds. Maybe you can try out different degrees of loudness in your voice in your room, from whispering to talking quite loud, and find a volume that feels nice and is a bit less loud than you usually talk? It's not reasonable of your parents to just tell you to talk less loudly, when you can't help it. But it's a good idea to try and learn to put different degrees of volume in your voice.
