I've always had what I assume is a sensory integration issue where my fingers start to feel tingly after using touch screens or touchpads. I've generally gotten around it for things like using the ATM by using by knuckle instead of my fingertip to select things. However, this doesn't really work with a smartphone because things are too small on the screen for a knuckle to provide the necessary precision. I had stuck with an old phone until this past weekend, but then I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for an Android phone. I got a stylus in order to be able to use it without having this issue, but I'm discovering that, as I had expected might be the case, it's incredibly awkward to have to pull out a stylus for something as basic and making a phone call. Does anyone else here have similar issues and use a smartphone? If so, how to you handle it?
