These aspie tests online don't make real sense to me.

They do in large part, but some of the questions raised don't make sense. Like in the AQ one made by Borat's/Ali G's brother (being facetious, but the real life actor and him are brothers....) it has questions like "Do you have unconventional political or sexual beliefs/practices?" Sooo..anybody who is into BDSM, or dogging, or even TSs (which is not that farout if one thinks about it) is autistic? lol...Or if a person is an Islamist, or even a Nazi, they're autistic? I know non-confirmity is a major symptom but then seems they're trying to pathologise anything that is not conservative. Since modern Western culture is an anything goes society, compared to decades ago anyhow, then surely by his reckoning most people are Asperger's.

Incidentally, on that test I score 10,though it varies between 8 to 12. Seems odd, but sometimes depends on my mood when answering. I'm NT, but then i take an interest since I believe people I know have this condition.

I just checked with the University of Cambridge Autism Research Centre "Autism Spectrum Quotient (AQ)" screening test. None of its questions refer to the subjects you described. It might be that the site hasn't been updated, but I suspect more so that one of the various online Aspie test sites has adapted the AQ test and added their own questions.

BAsed on the written things I had to do for my evaluation, the online tests are pretty much the same but have additional questions. I'm thinking double blind questions that have to be evaluated. There were a few others that resembled the tests, but again, more questions, seemed to be double blind questions.

Seems I read that the 200 online questionnaire was based on the creators personal story.
Some say it is therefore not reliable.

Piaget developed his theories based on his observations of his own children.
Does on need a large "N/sample"
Perhaps?

The thing they are good for is just an indicator. That is all. It cannot identify anything other than certain traits. They all say that if there is concern to see a professional.

Some are incomplete versions of tests that do exist.
