Over the past few years, I've had a lot of difficulty making friends, and barely talk to people in person. Given how easy it is to talk on a computer though, I've made quite a few good friends online that I talk to a lot, yet almost no one in person.

Is anyone else here in the same situation. where pretty much the only friends they have are all online friends?

My circle of friends on or off line is small.

Signature - I wear a Sponge Bob tie. Yes it has a square end/bott.
I tell my co-workers it's my power tie.

1 friend offline
1 friend online

I don't take into account the friendlist from videogames...

Making friends has been hard for me I have one offline friend and friend is a pretty loose term for it. She's more of a friend based on disability more than socializing as I have Autism while she has Chromosome 18p-(a rare form of dwarfism). Other than that, it's all online friends for me and it's made worse that I can't really go out and socialize due to Ohio driving law regarding seizure disorder. :(

Online friends? Good lord, no. Making friends IRL is hard enough, but online? It's even worse.

I've gone through periods where I had lots of online friends but I don't really have any at the moment. I only have one friend offline besides my girlfriend & we don't communicate much sense I moved across the country to be with my girlfriend. I haven't really made any friends here but I haven't really interacted with people much. Me & my girlfriend kind of keep to ourselves & don't get out much.

I wouldn't mind having some more online friends if anyone reading this is interested Please message me.

I have quite a few online friends. I know some of them from games, and a majority of them are from YouTube and/or deviantART. I've had a few that stuck with me for years!

Right now I have one friend who I keep in touch with outside of the internet. Most of my friends are people I keep in touch with online. I also have this one friend who I can't properly catagorize because we became friends IRL and then he moved away.

I've made most of my friends online and then met-up with them in person. Those friends I still have to this day.

Due to moving, and other people moving, and not being around many people my age... yes. I have some acquaintances, all far older than me, that I see around town or the apartment complex. Not many potential friends.

Most of the friends I have come from online games, and I find similar people tend to hang around them, so it's been great for me.

I only have online friends. :( My unavoidable move to Germany four months ago didn't help either.
