I texted her Thursday asking if we could meet up on Saturday and she said maybe. I texted her a few hours later and she didn't respond. I also messaged her Saturday morning and she didn't respond. I don't want to give up but now I feel awkward. I don't know what to say or when to say it.

What did you say in the texts though? It's possible you put her off and might need to rectify it when you see her in person (assuming this is someone you see around and talk to).
