If you feel bad because of something that happens to you in school then you can try to look up a virtual online school?
If it is because of something that happens to you at home then share your problems with a counselor?

I don't know what the social services do in England, I think in the US they put you in a mental hospital.

You need to tell someone, like your parents or a school counselor. They will be able to get you the help you need. Don't try to deal with it yourself. Depression is a very powerful thing, and you need help to deal with it. It'll be hard, but you CAN get through these feelings. I hope you realize how beautiful and worthy of love you are.

Hi Cara,

Sorry to hear that you are so sad right now. As the other guys said, you should definitely tell somebody.

Try to remember that feeling depressed is not the same thing as aspergers. Depression is an illness all of its own, and it is only temporary. I know this because I wanted to stop living sometimes too, but I got the help, and came out of the other side as a much happier person.

Hang in there - it does get better, I promise you.

I'm sorry that you feel that way, trust me, a lot of people do, including myself.
You can express it, just only do it to close friends because if you shout it out in front of a lot of people you will probably get bullied.
And by the way, don't actually try suicide. To be honest, I tried to hang myself last May, and I went to a mental hospital for a week. It was alright, but it depends where you are, because it was really boring, and when it comes to entertainment, it was hell on earth.

It's best to tell your parents how you're feeling. If you don't feel comfortable talking to your parents about it, I have always found speaking to grandparents or other senior members of one's family to be beneficial. They have wisdom from life experience and will be able to guide you. A school counsellor or teacher you like is another option. I think you owe it to yourself to explore all possible options.

You should definitely tell them. Suicide isn't an answer. There are all kinds of therapies and medications available that can help you feel better. Please, stay with us. I know how hard Asperger's can make life sometimes. I'm dealing with depression at the moment, and believe me, it sucks. I'm still trying to work up the nerve to tell my parents and get help. So, yeah, please tell someone, get help, and stay with us.

Best wishes,
Jack

Tell somebody you can trust, preferably your parents. Maybe they can arrange you for therapy with a licensed professional who can help you out. I've never been suicidal though so I can't really say
