My introduction

Joining a support group after a long hiatus. I have been living with ASD for a long time, diagnosed late in life (about 10 years ago.) I am not in active crisis, just feel the need for support sometimes.

Had a bad experience with a drama filled forum in the past. It was not ASD friendly. Willing to give this a try.

I belong to a fiber arts guild, take dance and yoga, and love gardening.

While the politics and religious parts of the forum can get a little heated sometimes, they are easy enough to avoid, and tend not to spill out into the general forums. On the whole, I have found the vast majority of people here to be extremely generous with their support and understanding. Hope you find likewise!

I like the BBC show Sherlock. In that show Sherlock once paints a smiley at the wall and the shoots at it out of boredom. My avatar shows the smiley on the wall.
