Toad in the hole

For those of you not familiar with it, it is not a weird concoction of amphibians

Spare ribs in barbecue sauce.

Not only do they taste great, you have to eat them with your fingers - so I can feel like a caveman while I'm doing it. Rargh! Me am savage inside! :P

Sunday tea. Chicken, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, carrots, stuffing and cauliflower cheese with Bisto gravy. Food of champions. Or a nicely-done steak. Or a sandwich that really does hit the spot.

Mashed potatoes, eggs, schnitzel (German pork cutlet), pepperoni pizza. Basically anything, as long as it isn't too hot, either spicy hot or so hot physically that it burns the roof of your mouth and kills your tastebuds.

Whatever I am obsessing over...it can go on for weeks...or months...

scrambled eggs with sweet chilli sauce on toast...went on forever...

freshly sliced tomatoes on toast with salt and pepper...loved it for so long it almost became my 'death row' meal...if need be!
