"At home drawing pictures of mountain tops with him on top" - here Jeremy is portrayed as the king of his world, also mentioned in the main part of the song "Kong Jeremy the wicked ruled HIS world", not the world - implies that his world is different than everyone else's. The other main part of the song "Jeremy spoke in class today" makes me think that he typically would not talk, embedded in his own world of thoughts

"Dead lay in polls of maroon below, daddy didn't give attention to the fact that mommy didn't care" - some children with autism turn to violence when neglected

"Clearly I remember picking on the boy , seemed a harmless little f**k" - from the viewing of Vedder, he would tease Jeremy until he snapped, providing the words of "but we unleashed a lion, gnashed his teeth", describing when Jeremy finally snapped

Not too sure about the lyrics of "bitibg the recessed lady's breast" maybe someone could help with that?

"He hit me with a surprise left" talking about how Jeremy is fighting his bullies, leaving Vedder to mention his shock from it - "my jaw left hurting, dropped wide open just like the day I heard that daddy didn't give affection and the boy was something that mommy wouldn't wear", provides thoughts of Jeremy possibly confiding in the story teller, giving details about his life at home

And again, the last verse I'm not terribly sure about, possibly one of you could provide more insight

Jeremy is an absolutely majestic song, one of the greatest songs ever penned, so cathartic in a rather unfortunate way, I don't know what was wrong with the guy but he had a lot of pent up emotion and misery evidently, could be several causes and roots. I am always astounded at how Vedder sings it with such conviction and passion toward the end, it's as if he is the ghost of jeremy expressing his pain and disorientation. The opening line is one of the best things ever though 'At home, drawing pictures of mountain tops, with him on top. Lemon-yellow sun, arms raised in a V and the dead lay in pools of maroon below...'

It's a song about a kid who commits suicide. When asked about the song, the writer replied:

Eddie Vedder wrote:
"It came from a small paragraph in a paper which means you kill yourself and you make a big old sacrifice and try to get your revenge. That all you're gonna end up with is a paragraph in a newspaper. Sixty-four degrees and cloudy in a suburban neighborhood. That's the beginning of the video and that's the same thing in the end; it does nothing … nothing changes. The world goes on and you're gone. The best revenge is to live on and prove yourself. Be stronger than those people. And then you can come back."
... and ...

The final scene of the video shows Jeremy striding into class, tossing an apple to the teacher and standing before his classmates. He reaches down and draws back his arm as he takes a gun out of his pocket. The gun only appears onscreen in the unedited version of the video. The edited version cuts to an extreme close-up of Jeremy's face as he puts the barrel of the gun in his mouth, closes his eyes, and pulls the trigger. After a flash of light the screen turns black. The next shot is a pan across the classroom, showing Jeremy's blood-spattered classmates, all completely still, recoiling in horror. A blackboard, where all the harsh terms and phrases had been scrawled, is shown dangling presumably where Vedder had been singing.
Nowhere does it mention anything about autism.

Jeremy never refers to Autism in the song or video. I do remember correctly and I'm not sure if it still happens. Heard that one of Jeremy Delle's parents still get harassed by Pearl Jam fans for something of the matter.
