Hello everybody,


this is Sophia. I am a 32 year old teacher from Germany, living and working in Austria. I got my diagnosis last year,so everything is still a bit "new". My first psychiatrist contact was when I was 18 years old. He diagnosed a lot of stuff, also "autistic signs" (sorry I just don't know how to say this in English, in German it's "autistische Züge").
I really had a hard time and I'm happy today with the correct diagnosis, I think it's a benefit.
I live in Vienna and of course I have therapy. Twice a month there's an Asperger's Group. And also twice a month I have my one on one setting. I have to take a lot of medication to continue to be stable.
I don't know what else to say. Any questions, I'm here to answer.
