Okay - this is a thread to report topics to the mods.
I know that it is difficult for us to patrol all the forums,
so here is a way to get our attention. Please only use
this for reporting (smart ass) pure spam attacks, including on the blogs, NOT
for reporting some personal attack. The latter are best
handled by PM. Also, please post a link to the offending
post. Any posts here which report anything other than the
pure spam attacks will be deleted.


Once a problem is handled, the messages shall be removed.

A further suggestion. Threads which are spammed,
by such an annoyance are easiest to spot, if no one
posts after it. Obviously, this doesn't mean that you
shouldn't continue a discussion, but certainly, unless
you like those posts remaining, one shouldn't just
post to express distaste at the spamming.

It's normaly most effective to silence them until death occurs..... and being a Op in the discussion helps a lot to put a gag on somebody behaving more weird than the rules allow... I think the op team make a nice and swift job of cleaning out things to the better, and most of us know there's always going to be some oddballs hanging around. But it can also be a cry for help not understanding the world aorund.

So I'm quite tolerant to those people, but when they start talking of certain topics like rape and involving kids I have to act. But that's my own policy for appropriate behaviour and I don't expect everybody to follow in.

It's a bit like the drug discussions, I don't mind that other want to fry their brains, but I don't stand positive to it either. But some medical conditions requires some drugs that can seem weird. I know, because without concerta I have two kids that can't be kept in a house. Concerta is like Ritalina and is dimethylamphenidate [amphetamine]. but in a low dose and not 2 grams injected intravenously.

I just thought maybe you could do something to get some sexually explicit trash off the site. I find it very offensive...you should take a look at it ASAP.

It is posted at the end of Alex's "Sticky: Red Carpet Documentary". Go past Alex's article, past the video clips.... the offensive part is actually several replies posted by one individual, and he's been getting away with it for far too long.

In the home page article about the 'red carpet' documentary, in the 'comments' bit there seems to be a lot of text porn spam.

Please email or PM Alex directly, he's the only one, I think, who can do anything about that.

Hi, theres a guy in the news and current events forum posting a whole lot of opinion pieces relating to the Iraq situation... the discussions have degenerated into name calling and bickering... PMed a mod, but got no response...

I'm thinking these posts would go better in the politics forum, since they don't seem to be legitimate news and the poster's main objective seems to be to troll and bait people...
