Maybe one day when I can afford it :P

Not feeling getting rid of the headphone jack or the AirBuds however, wireless earbuds seem like a terrible idea. You can still used wired earbuds connecting an adapter to the lightning port but then you can't charge your phone will listening to music. $159 for the earbuds is absolutely insane, does it come with a Find My Earbuds app?(I know a million people have made that joke already but seriously! :P )

Water resistant is cool tho, been waiting for that

I've got an iphone 5s. They are amazing.
The angular sides mean they are harder to drop, and the camera is flush with the case.
My next upgrade will be to 5 SE.

I'll be making my own mods, such as waterproof (not simply resistant).

I'm still rocking a Samsung Galaxy S3. It's not perfect, but it works.

I'm happy with my samsungs.
They still offer the headphone jack, have been waterproof for years, and they also allow 3rd party apps (helloooo adblock).

Huawei brought out a dual camera, it looks better than the iphone. Though the lenses work differently. One is black and white, this helps improve image quality. It's is 7mm thick, iphone is 6.9mm, and the cameras protrude giving 7.7mm! (those iphone dimensions might be wrong).

Why do they feel this need to keep making phones thinner and thinner? I'd gladly take a thick phone if it meant better battery life, better cooling, more performance, and a more durable housing. I'd like to see a phone designed like the old IBM Thinkpads. Make it a centimetre thick, hell make it a centimetre and a half! I don't want a fashion accessory, I want something practical that can take some abuse.

Looked into it, but didn't see the point. I really like my iPhone 6 and it didn't seem like much of an upgrade.

Personally I feel that the camera on the 7 Plus compels me to upgrade, but not until I save enough money. I do hear that it's more durable, more efficient also.

Using an iPhone 5 from 2012-3. My parents won't allow me to upgrade because they think I'm too addicted to wanting to buy gadgets I don't need.

Upgrade to the 5 SE, it has the camera of the 6's. That'll be my next upgrade.

I often have one my apple ear plugs fall out, and don't even realise it. Can you imagine losing one of those new wireless ones that way, and they don't cost $40, its $160 or something ridiculous. I hope they're pierced into the ears or something, perhaps they need a granny glasses strap, but then I guess it defeats the purpose.
I reckon they got rid of the headphone plug to make it easier to add water resistance.

Doesn't look as if anyone has upgraded yet, and they are over priced, initially at least, too.

<-- Motorola MoboG4, 16+64GB memory, does both CDMA and GSM protocols, Why spend over $500 for a phone and get shackled to a contract? --Go Open Phone with contracts that you can abandon if necessary.
