Hi,

my eye contact is too strong and I have made so many people on the spectrum hate me and so many people unbelieving of my diagnosis. I don't know what to say and people instantly think I am trying to beef. There's also my interests are obsessive but I am mostly aloof and uninterested by expression due to being an intersection of schizophrenia and autism.

What can I do? There's also the fact that I do not understand social ques but I am around average for understanding facial expressions.

early i have too something similar. In primary school i don't looks like in eyes, people they drew my attention and afther relly looked in eyes. Literally. People are so extreme or not liked the to put it mildly - only then I learned that it isn't looking in the eyes of so literally, just a bit the side but still on the face total.

I remember I would blink a lot and my auntie thought I had "dry eyes". I guess I got uncomfortable looking now I make people uncomfortable
