Am I Allowed To Make A New Account?

I like what my username represents to me but I think it's not very memorable and I'd much prefer a different one.

1. Is it indeed the case that I'm not able to change my username?

2. If "1." is indeed the case... am I allowed to create a new account to have a new (more memorable and more concise) username or is that against the rules?

3. I won't be doing either "1." or "2." until I am certain one of these options is both possible and permitted by the WP rules.

1) is not possible, I am afraid.

As for 2), it's a case-by-case basis. You are still a new user with very few posts and no recorded trouble, so in this case it seems fair enough. PM me from your new account and I will ban the old one and make a note in your profile explaining the match.
