I managed to see it a couple of weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it despite the differences from the book. Opinions from others?

I really enjoyed the film, but haven't read the book. Perhaps I should? Are the differences worth going over a story I now know?

I was worried before watching it, because I'd been looking forward to it but the general feedback online was that the second half of the movie was virtually impossible to follow. I'm not the best at following storylines anyway! I didn't have that trouble, though - it all made sense and I really enjoyed it.

I know Tim Burton's been derailing, but I still want to see this.

My mom and I loved it, especially the skeleton scene!
