This could be hopeful for Hillary Clinton during this whole email ordeal with Anthony Weiner and his wife! She's in the lead with early voters!: Clinton enjoys solid lead in early voting: Reuters/Ipsos poll

HOO HOO! My wife and I already sent in our ballots here in Washington state. And we voted our conscience, which means we certainly didn't vote for Trump, or Gary "What's Aleppo?" Johnson.
Or in other words, we helped contribute to Clinton's early lead.

They're saying she could carry Texas or come close.

From your link:

...

The States of the Nation project is a survey of about 15,000 people every week...

LOL I'm certainly not worried about 30,000 people!

While all three of us lean Republican, neither my parents nor I voted for Trump.

I voted for Johnson (though I seriously considered McMullin), they both did write-ins.

voting for somebody that could cause a constitutional crisis is so very dangerous

top google search after the FBI announcement was 'how to change early vote'

Clinton needs this win. Trump is a racist/sexual predator/conman/lying coward that can't even release his taxes! LOCK HIM UP!

Neither of them 'need' to win...there's other candidates.

The other candidates have some good ideas but obviously wont win. It's a 2 party system in USA unfortunately, so until that changes.. everyone that wants to be president has to be in one of those. Independents will get some attention but its very unlikely one will ever get elected in the current broken politics system USA has now.

The FBI will still take its time looking over Clinton's emails regardless if she wins or not.

I voted for Clinton, but it wouldn't surprise me if The Rump decides to campaign again for the 2020 GOP nomination.

She will probably win. Enjoy all 4 years of her.

From you p.o.v. she has one great advantage. She is not Donald Trump.

What virtues do you see in her independent of other candidates?

Well, she certainly knows where the hell Aleppo is, and even what it is. I don't know if even Trump does.
That, and despite all her shady style of operating, she has far more experience in government and world affairs than any of the others. And now that so many leading Republicans have thrown their support behind her, they may want to make good with their investment and be more willing to work with her than they had with Obama.+
