I took a look. It looks nice, but a couple of things to consider:
1) You're just using a uniform title image for the thumbnail, and I think this may be a bad idea. There are a lot of audio-only videos on YouTube, and I think most people find them boring. Obviously you're not doing that, but unless someone's going to your video specifically to see you, they may not click on your video because they'll assume it's one of those. It's also not a very interesting image. A thumbnail of you doing something, or even one of your face from the actual vlog, might be more appealing. If you are going to do title page thumbnails, I think you should switch these up and customize them.
2) I would urge you to choose a specific topic for each video, whether it be on your life or just an opinion you hold. Then, I would urge you to jump right into the topic - we're a soundbite culture at this point, and people have less patience than ever, so it's important to get to the point as fast as possible. In other words, trim the fat or skip the boring part.
It's good that you have a lot of energy in your videos, that will hold people's attention. It might be good to look at some well-liked vlog ranters - I'm not that plugged into that world, but Tkyosam and Orygyn come to mind.
