The McDonald's near me has a TV on the wall inside the restaurant.

I haven't been to McDonald's in ages, so I don't know. I know just going to McDonald's will earn me a spot in hell for all eternity because it's so eeeeevil, and people will automatically think I have a weight problem because I eat 20 Big Macs a day (I don't).

No one seems to have a problem with me going to other burger places, though. Personally I think A&W is the best.

Yes. It usually has the Top 40 video channels on though.

The one I usually go to nowadays is in the food court at the mall & the food court does not have a TV. Most of the other McDonald's I've been to except 1s at Greyhound stations started having TVs & the TVs were usually on Fox news.

I went into McDonald's the other day to see if they had a TV, and they did. But there was nothing on it at the time.
Also it was a fairly small flat screen, not like the really big ones I've seen in casual-dining type restaurants that are usually at the bar, play nothing but sport, and are annoying.

If it wasn't for this topic I wouldn't have even thought or cared about such a thing. So... thanks? :)

Never seen a TV in McDonald's or any other similar place over here. It's probably only a matter of time though - when the Americans do something, we usually follow suit five to ten years later.

Yep, cued to news stations. I go in there for coffee occasionally - McCafe coffee isn't actually all that bad.
I don't like the noise of the tv, but it does come in handy in there if its crowded as I can look at it and don't have to look at anyone else, and not necessarily look weird by avoiding doing so.

I honestly have no idea, I haven't eaten from a fast food restaurant for around seven years now, I like chips and gravy occasionally but try refrain from entering those grease factories that coated my previous nutritionless life lol. I wouldn't be surprised if they have tv's that only show the kardashscums, explosions and bank robbery scenes from dire movies and cnn reports on repeat.

I haven't been inside a McDonald's in a long time. In the rare event that I go to any fast food place, I usually go through the drive-through.

Yes it does. Sometimes I see the workers slack off and watch the T.V. instead of making the food...

Ours has a fake fireplace. I like the interior, but the food and noise still suck.

Mine has a fake fireplace and a TV set. They play Top 40 on it. I wish they'd show the news instead.
