Okay so ive come here before complaining about the fact that Ive attempted suicide and it has done damage to my body. My heart is damaged and so my blood pressure body temprature are quite low.

Im not sure what is going to happen to me down the road because of this. Will I have a heart attack? Will I just die in my sleep? Will I get seriousely ill because my body temp isnt high enough to fight illness...thats the one that scares me the most. Im doing okay, for now...But since I live mostly alone these things have been worrying me lately. I mean theres other people around me in the building but I have my own isolated room. No friends. Hardly ever see family. No job. If I died no one would find me for quite a while. If I get sick, whos gonna take care of me? I feel weak and helpless. I no longer have the self confidence to date people after wrecking my body. Afraid of the future...

I like living alone. Not ready for a group home but on the other hand being so alone scares me sometimes...

You should continue to get regular physical exams. The fact that you don't have high blood pressure bodes well for you. Do you happen to remember your blood pressure? If it's not below like 100 over 60, you're probably okay.

Some people just have lower body temperatures than other people; it might not be a problem to have "low temperature" at all. It's more of a problem to have a fever.

I strongly recommend getting a therapist if you can. I had a friend who was worried about damage to her body after a suicide attempt. The worrying was caused by high anxiety and in the end that lead to more negative effects than any physical difficulties she suffered. In the end it was the endless worrying that she needed support with because the fear that she would have to live in a body that may have suffered permanent damage just made her feel more suicidal. In my friend's case, she was physically fine. But she just couldn't see / believe that because her anxiety and depression were so strong. I can't say, "you're probably okay," because I don't know. But please do know that anxiety and depression cause physical health problems: I myself had to see a neurologist for 2 years because they thought I was sick. I had muscle tremors, weakness, fainting, bladder problems etc. I convinced myself I had M.S. and was going to die. I went through years of medical tests, brain scans, and so on, and they found nothing. In the end every single one of those symptoms was caused by my anxiety and when I was treated for that, my physical health problems went away. Your doctors will tell you if there is any damage to your body. But it is absolutely possible to worry yourself sick which may make you more anxious which may make your symptoms worse, etc.

talk to a medical doctor about your health concerns. strangers on the internet do not have the legal right to prescribe medication for you.

ask your doctor what kind of heart damage you have, and what you can do about it. do research.

blood pressure. at many drugstores and supermarkets, it has blood pressure machines. they are convenient and free. you can check your blood pressure there. yeah i used to do that a lot.

anyways, some Internet articles claim that supermarket blood pressure machines are not as accurate as they claim to be.

however, a sign on them says that for clients with arm circumferences above 13 inches or below 9 inches, the readings are even more wrong.

if your army circumference is on the narrow side, then the machine will tell you that your blood pressure is lower than it really is.

the other thing i have found is that if you take your blood pressure, 2 consecutive times, immediately. without resting or waiting between them. sometimes the numbers go up or down 30 points. that is not unusual.

so, unless you have medical symptoms of low blood pressure (like nausea), then seriously i would not worry about it.

last week, the blood pressure machine told me my blood pressure was 84/62 pulse 63. big deal. some articles claim low blood pressure is below 90/60.

low body temperature. how low? why can't you just wear extra clothes?

unless someone is psychic, nobody can tell you if you will get a heart attack.

however, a medical doctor could predict a heart attack more accurately than strangers on the internet.

go to a medical doctor.

if you do not have insuance, get insurance.

every situation is different.

in the united states, half of marriages end in divorce.

marriage is not the goal.

anyways yeah. if you do not want to go on dates, then do not go on dates. that is your choice.

If you are concerned about heart problems you should probably see a doctor, they'd be better able to determine what damage their is and ways of treating it.
