Has anyone heard these on the radio?

The premise of each commercial is:

Someone with a weird but intriguing occupation or hobby is spotlighted. The announcer (accompanied by a backup singer) describes what is entailed in the hobby or occupation, and the backup singer gives a 2-3 word commentary after each of the announcer's sentences.

Example:

Announcer: Today, we salute Mr. Overzealous Foul Ball Catcher
Backup Singer: Mr. Overzealous Foul Ball Catcher
Announcer: You're standing behind home plate, well out of reach of any foul balls. But you don't care, you're going for it.
Backup Singer: That ball's mine!
Announcer: You don't care who stands in your way--hot dog vendors, the elderly, infants...you're going after the ball like a diesel-powered combine.
Backup Singer: Out of my way!
Announcer: So why pay for a souvenir when you can fight for one.
Backup Singer: Mr. Overzealous Foul Ball Catcher.

Tim

At the beginning of each one, before describing the weird guy and what he does, the announcer says "Bud Light Presents... Real American Heroes".

Anheuser-Busch always has the best commercials.... radio or tv.

We had these on the TV and radio about 5 years ago.

The first one was Mr Foot-long Hotdog Inventor:

Then there were a couple of others that weren't as popular; Mr. Wrecking Ball Operator and Mr Skimpy Wrestling Costume Designer.

They were quite funny.

I usually only hear them on the radio during the summer. The commercial that i'm not looking forward to hearing is the Irving Cruise In To Win commercial, o boy do they annoy me.

I loath them too. I always change the TV or radio when they come on.

They're actually one of the few ads these days that I can stand.
