What are your favorite video game characters? Mine include Midna from Twilight Princess, the Arbiter from Halo 2, and Mario from the Mario franchise.

Fei and Elly from Xenogears.
Cloud, Sephiroth, and especially Tifa from Final Fantasy VII.
Samus from Metroid.

Not sure if I mentioned her already, but SHODAN is indeed a great character.

That game's demo back in '99 scared me to death, playing it after midnight in the dark

I soooo need to figure out which platform to buy BioShock on! Obviously I HAVE to have that.

Up until a few months ago, System Shock 2 stood as the only game to have beaten me. A few years back I played it, and got on to the Rickenbacker, but then I just couldn't go on. Not because I got bored with it or frustrated with it, but because I was psychologically unable to go on, it was just too daunting. It takes one hell of a game to do that.

However, a few months back I picked it up again and started over, and got up to the heart of The Many, got killed a few times, got frustrated, and stopped playing. Haven't played it since.
