What can I do to improve my sleep? I'm so tired but I can't fall asleep. I don't take sleep drugs because they make me unable to function during the day. I follow all the holistic approaches such as meditation, relaxation exercises, melatonin, yoga, herbal tea, etc. I've had two sleep studies that were inconclusive. They found abnormal brain activity but couldn't give me any more information about it ( they basically shrugged their shoulders). I am wondering if anyone else has had any luck in solving or alleviating with their sleep problems.

You might could try Rozerem/Ramelteon. It has an effect on the melatonin receptors. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramelteon
