I still feel it sometimes, but it's gotten better since I started following lists and schedules. Now I don't just wake up to my own sh***y thoughts anymore, but to " step 1 - get dressed. Step 2 - eat breakfast... etc.". The soulless robot-mode isn't the greatest, but at least it keeps me from spending all morning in bed thinking "Oh s**t, not another f*****g day".
