So back in 2006 Trump had a one time brief sexual encounter. I don't see how that qualifies as an affair, it wasn't even a one night stand. Don't see what the big deal is over that.

And people going on and on about what the evangelicals are supposed to say or do about it. What Jesus said about it is, anyone who has sinned has no business saying or doing anything about it. And to the person who committed adultry, all he said was simply don't do it again. And it's said this same person became one of Jesus's posse.

Now the hush money deal, that's an issue.

It's what she says about his wife and daughter that's more inflammatory rather than the fact he groped her and had sex with Daniels. BTW the sexual encounter may have been consensual but she did indicate she felt pressured despite him being 60 and she 27 at the time

It’s true that women can feel “compelled” without actual physical forcefulness on the part of the man.

She shouldn’t have followed Trump into that hotel room, by the way.

Trump committed no crime this time. But what happened was pretty sleazy.

The only real new/alarming information that came from this interview is one of Trump's associates threatening to kill Daniels in front of her daughter.

Affairs are more often equated to infidelity than a relationship. That's primarily what the social backlash is about. The real issues are the legality regarding the logistics of the NDA and the threat in 2011.

She is coming off as too eager for fame and fortune.

But the issue is the hush money was collusion in an attempt to affect the results of the election.

That's what we've been saying in the 20+ page thread about this. I don't care that he banged a porn star. What matters is the $130K in hush money that amounts to an illegal campaign contribution intended to influence the outcome of the US Presidential election in Trump's favour.

I think that angle is more pointing out the hypocrisy of religious people who are blindly following & supporting a sinful adulterer.
