I think the Nazi regime could have evolved in a lot of unpredictable ways by now. We might have been already thoroughly exterminated, but we might also not be all that screwed. Think about it: Nazism is cool now because it’s politically incorrect. It’s fun to provoke the generation of your parents or grandparents by venerating those they fought and died against. This wouldn’t be the case if we all had been raised under a Nazi regime. It’d be hard to be cool by being racist, ableist and the like. Therefore, a lot of discontents might be inclined to support us.

bullies in general hate whom they perceive as weak. the Nazis were the ultimate bullies.

Ultimate bullies? That's hard to prove.

They did plenty of horrifying things, but I'm not sure if they ever used napalm. Napalm is one of the most horrifying weapons ever created ... and America used in in Vietnam.

I think it has more to do with the "edgelord" culture of anonymous imageboards then with it has to do with neo-nazism in general.
I have seen similar s**t on places like /leftypol/ where communists have called nazis and ancaps autistic and said that "autistic betas" are inherently reactionary, but also many of them calls themself autistic (even when they aren't) just as many of the people on /pol/ calls what they are doing for "weaponized autism" etc.
