I strongly dislike my parents.I am illigitimate and I dont even know if they want me.They are separated and dont talk to each other, and I want nothing to do with them.Father uses bad language and says horrible blasphemy, and mother has bi-polar and just isn't capable of understanding me.I feel quite sorry for them.I suppose they have good intentions, and I just try not to hate them and have as little to do with them as possible.

I never see my dad, and my mu, well she does nothing to support me.

I always have arguements with her, and I hate my mum.

I'm not sure with my parents.

My mum is trying to be a normal parent as possible. But sometimes she forget I'm AS because I didn't understand.

My dad, he can be argumentative, not to me very often, more to my brother.

my parents care a lot and tries to help me. It feels kind of bad though, as my problems become their problems and my mum even cried once because I would not stop doing bad things to myself when i feelt bad

My parents are as supportive as I need them to be. I don't need much support though as I prefer to solve my problems myself and I don't think it would matter if they didn't support my decisions.

Mine are, but are overworked. It is sad to see that.

I can't go to them with ANYTHING, but most things anyway. They're supportive as they can be, which I understand is sometimes hard.

My mum makes out that she understands, but she doesn't. My dad doesn't understand and makes no effort to understand. He never acknowledges my AS, but he brags to his friends about my college work constantly which annoys me greatly.

My parents are usually supportive to me, but that might be because I only just found out that I had AS a couple weeks ago. But then I would expect them not to be since we didn't know about it... It might have some affect that we go to church and my parents are Christians... I dont know...

My mum's supportive [we've already dealt with one huge diagnosis in the past couple of years, so she's not really shocked to find another one], but I don't think my dad really knows what's going on. It's mostly my mum taking care of things but my dad, I honestly don't know how much he knows, since he never says anything about it!! ! Arghghh....
