Underweight and walks a lot if that counts as exercise.
I'm always been underweight. Never reached beyond 54kg no matter what I did.
I keep losing weight even if I ate a lot, good or bad, straight sleep schedule or not, balanced rest and activity or not.
I have not yet resorted into meds or vitamins. I've yet ever had a check up with
any doctors.

Almost never had any sort of intervention.
Never knew what damn issues my body has other than non restorative nights of sleeps, chronic sinusitis, and moderate nearsightedness.
Currently, according to my period tracker, my period's yet to come and it's 10 days late.
