If you are a guy, would you date a girl who was considerably taller than you?

If you are a girl, would you date a guy who was considerably shorter than you?

By considerably, I mean that they'd have to lean over or you'd have to stand on your tiptoes to kiss while standing.

No way. It just feels... wrong. All my instincts say that I need to be taller and stronger.

One of my best relationships, he was 4 inches shorter than me. My last one he ws probably an inch or two shorter? We never checked.

I've never really cared about height

Height is not important to me so i'd have no problem being with a girl who's taller than me.

Absolutely! I'm just as attracted to 6'3" UConn basketball star Katie Lou Samuelson as I am 5'1" Canadian Olympic gold medal figure skater Gabrielle Daleman. Height has never mattered to me.

I'm a petite lady anyway so most men would be taller than me.

If a guy was shorter, it wouldn't be a problem! if I was attracted to him and loved him then that wouldn't matter, generally though women do tend to go for taller men but men are generally taller anyway. I'd settle for a man that's closer in age and share similar values, hobbies and interest and theirs mutual love and respect and trust, rather then make finding a man that's taller or aesthetics a priority. It's hard enough as it is to find someone that's sincere and genuine.

I would probably prefer to date a shorter girl just because that feels more normal to me, but if she was taller, and ticked my boxes of what I want in a partner, I can't see myself turning her down.

Im a couple of inches taller than my husband. Even more if im wearing high heels. It’s never been a problem for us.

i feel a bit annoyed by people who are a lot shorter than me. even girls and it doesn't need to be love related, it makes me a bit nervous. so i guess i wouldn't date a guy who was in 150cm range. but anything over 160 is ok. (i'm 168 myself).

As I am considerably shorter than the average, I don't see myself dating a shorter man. I would say somebody about the size of David Ferrer (Spanish tennis player, 5' 9") is about right for me. I wouldn't turn anyone away, however, as long as they are nice and care about me. I don't think I could handle anybody really tall (over a foot taller than I am), because that would look a bit awkward. I'd look like a little girl next to them.
