Any trans men planning on (or already had) phalloplasty?

I'm a transsexual man planning on having phalloplasty within the next two years (I would have gotten my first stage this summer but I need some time for hair removal and my family is going on vacation this year so they wouldn't be able to take care of me), is there anyone else who is going through a similar thing and are there any good resources (I've already looked at a lot of the online resources) to prepare for surgery?
