I definitely do I am a extremely shy and reserved person with a very loud and creative mind. Yes I am quoting Stephen Hawking which said quiet people can have the loudest minds. I sometimes get an occasional brain pain I call it that because I don't know what it is truly called.

Because no one else can know for sure how someone else's brain feels for them, I am only guessing based from my own experiences, also of what my son talks about, he also has AS.

It sounds like anxiety and/or stress. Anxiety is a strange thing it can make someone feel all kinds of odd ways. Just research about anxiety. Also, just to be sure your not actually having a physical problem with your brain you might want to describe the issue to your medical doctor just to be sure it's not a migraine or something worse.

The brain has no pain neurons so if you are feeling physical pain it is likely due to tension in the muscles of the skull. You are likely unknowingly tensing some muscles in your skull when you're thinking hard. Unless it's a migraine type feeling. Those have a whole different set of causes.

Dislaimer: I am not a medical doctor, just interested in these things.

When developing Wakame (The ARM board i'm still trying to prototype) around 2016 i began to develop a burning like sensation all over my body and i've on excruciating mental exhaustion like never before. I had to learn to use one eda software and then go into another i never met before because in the original one i used i couldnt get from schematics to pcb, and the thing still has a lots of likely bugs i myself can't see.

I just wish aspies of Argentina had on open software and hardware the same support lgbt and feminist has on their issues.
