Most people would probably say it’s a sensory thing, all in your head, but stress can affect your metabolism.

I’ve walked out of the house either overdressed or underdressed for the weather more times than I can count. I’ve also found that at home, as much as I dislike being hot (boob sweat is no joke when you have D-cups), I dislike being cold even more. We keep two sets of covers on the bed, one lighter one for my wife who hates being hot, and the heavier one for me.
