I have been feeling a pain in my left chest area since earlier in the day. It's a warm trickling feeling and I have been suffering from a severe depressed mood that refuses to cease. I have high cholesterol as well as blood pressure and heart attacks are common in my father's side of the family. I also feel like 13 years of depression has destroyed my body.

Only a doctor can answer that.

From what you're saying, you need to take better care of your body. I know depression makes it hard to change bad habits, but you only get one body that's supposed to last you a lifetime. Improving your physical health always brings at least some improvement in your mental health too.

First thing to do is relax and try to be calm. Then get yourself a doctors check up. Is just to make sure all is ok. :)
