As long as it's just one research I wouldn't put too much thought on it, not when there are so many researches saying otherwise.

My 2nd girlfriend had some kinda intolerance to red meat & maybe some other types of meat(there were some types of meat she could eat). She did a bit of research on things & found some of her autism symptoms got better after she cut red meat(& maybe other types) from her diet.
