Issues With My Roommate

Hello, everyone. I've been wondering about how to deal with my roommate in college. He's not a bad guy or anything. I just don't think that he likes me very much. He also doesn't seem very considerate of me; he leaves the room messy a lot of the time and almost always listens to his videos online out loud. He also snores a lot, which he tried to take care of earlier in the year but doesn't seem to care about anymore. I've tried texting him about all of these issues, but he almost never responds, and I'm too nervous to have a drawn-out conversation with him in person. What should I do?
