Finding local Aspies: Is WP searchable?

I’m new to WP (love the site so far) and I’m trying to find local (Twin Cities Minnesota) friendship candidates but haven’t been able to locate a discussion group by using “search” on this site. I did happen to find a group with listings in countries outside USA but it appears I’d have to read every topic heading to find if there’s one for Twin Cities or Minnesota. Am I doing something wrong?

Are there discussions grouped by city/region/state/country somewhere on the site? If not, I respectfully suggest doing so.

Another question: can I change my user name?

The only way you can change your user name is if you sign up under another email address.

You can do this.....then inform the Mods of what you've done.
