My Dad was wanted for 23 years by the Upper Dublin Police

I got a letter from the Upper Dublin Police Department in Pennsylvania, who also gives police service to Fort Washington Pennsylvania...

He is wanted for Child Abuse.

I told them that the child he abused was me, well over 20 years ago.

We lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I was attending a special school located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania at that time.

My dad, Charles Richard Evans, back then was an alcoholic.

He came at me from behind, shoved me.. And then proceeded to hit me with a belt.

The welts were investigated by my school nurse in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania which is why it falls under your jurisdiction.

Well first of all, the statute of limitations is long gone...

You're over 2 decades late..

And he's dead from lung cancer.

He died on May 18th, 2017 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home, in Fayetteville, Arkansas from lung cancer.

And here's something else for you...

My dad's mental problems were back then, the least of my problems in Philadelphia.
The truth is I didn't have a dull moment in Philadelphia until I paralysed 2 thugs by busting their heads open with a hammer when I was 14.

I also told the Upper Dublin Police that even if they had the care back then to get him under arrest for Child abuse...

That would have left me probably under the care of the residential wing of that school...
And my mom in a state run nursing home.
Because my mom was dying of muscular dystrophy...
And mortgage and bills were owed..

There is no way that she could have ever taken care of me...
And one of my sister's was also an alcoholic...
And back then my other sister never would have satisfied a Montgomery county family court judge as a competent caretaker.
She was like 22 going on 16..

So in the long run, you only would have hurt me.
Who else were you going to leave me with ? My dad's family ?
Forget that.. They're stuck up scum that don't give a damn about me or us..
And my mom's family are child molesters which is the reason why I never met them.

So there was no way you were really going to do a damn thing to really help me.
