The Go-Go’s announce lengthiest tour in 4 years; new doc coming to Showtime

Quote:
The Go-Go’s — still with the classic lineup of Belinda Carlisle, Jane Wiedlin, Charlotte Caffey, Gina Schock, and Kathy Valentine — went on a farewell tour in 2016, then in 2018 they did some shows and clarified that they “tried to be very specific in saying that we were retiring from touring, not from playing,” but this year they’ll do their most extensive run since 2016. The upcoming shows are in support of the upcoming Alison Ellwood-directed documentary The Go-Go’s that’s coming to Showtime (release date TBA).
