Yes, breakfast isn’t easy either. I think the most important thing is just to eat something at that time even if it isn’t much, so I like to grab a banana at 9:30 if I have forgotten to eat my usual breakfast.
Pleased to say that I am getting better at dinner, but can’t remember the last time I ate lunch.
