I'm not sure about foods, but for drinks, a guilty pleasure of mine is Diet Coke.

Mainly breakfast cereal. It's not terrible since I get the low-sugar or unsweetened kind, but it's not filling, so I tend to want to eat the whole box at once, plus the nut milk I have with it starts to add up in calories as I have bowl after bowl.

I don't feel guilty over eating foods like burritos and pizza and ice cream. Hope I don't end up with diabeetus.

Insulin resistance can develop if you consume a lot of sugar even if you remain slim. I enjoy soda too much to be healthy, but I don't feel guilty over it.

Before I reformatted my diet, it was pizza, soft drink, vanilla milkshakes, chocolate and iced coffees.

Since reformatting my diet, it's milk and peanut butter. There's no limit to how much peanut butter I can eat when I have the munchies. For this reason, I don't keep any in my house.

Natural quote unquote candy, in particular chocolate-coated almonds rolled in cinnamon.
