Congrats! I've been walking and jogging almost every day too!

Congrats on the weight loss. You’re doing better than me :) . You’re running. I ran 3 marathons in the 90s. I have osteoarthritis in both knees that might prevent me from running—I just don’t want to take the risk.

I’ve lost 10 pounds since after I recovered from COVID.

I’ve been walking at least 6 miles a day at at least 3.7 mph for 2 months now.

I’ve been walking 7.5 miles a day at at least 4 mph for the past 3 weeks.

Thanks! I don’t love running, but I do it. Two miles is my record, so I’m not much of a runner, and I don’t do it very often. But I do run a little bit occasionally!
